A high table is one of the favorite places for socializing, and the diagonal base line of the table creates dynamics for this area, which separates the kitchen and dining room.

Високий стіл - одне з улюблених місць для спілкування, а діагональна лінія основи стола створює динаміку для цієї зони, яка розділяє кухню та їдальню.

The foyer area is extremely important as it creates the first impression of the space. Subsequently, the apartment either lives up to that impression or not. Additionally, our goal was to reset and cleanse the perception. Hence, for us, the foyer serves as a kind of "Purgatory," which led us to the decision of making it entirely white. As a striking contrast, we opted for a psychedelic blue ceramic-granite floor. We enjoy evoking strong emotions in people, which is why we replicated the blue color in the wardrobe. We also paid attention to the hangers - vintage ones from the '70s made of aluminum. When you pick them up, they inevitably touch the neighboring hangers, creating a tinkling sound. It's amusing because you can always hear when someone arrives or is getting ready to leave.

Зона передпокою надзвичайно важлива, це місце першого враження про простір. Далі квартира або виправдовує це враження, або ні. Також перед нами стояла задача очистити сприйняття. Тобто для нас передпокій - своєрідне "чистилище", тому було прийнято рішення зробити його абсолютно білим. На контрасті створили психоделічно синю підлогу з керамограніту. Нам подобається викликати у людей сильні емоції, тому ми повторили синій колір у шафі. Також приділили увагу вішакам, це вінтаж 70-х років, виконані вони з алюмінію. Коли береш вішаки в руки, вони практично неминуче торкаються сусідніх, чим викликають дзвінкий звук. Це кумедно, оскільки завжди чутно, коли хтось прийшов або готується піти.

In the process of creating the living room, we drew inspiration from the interiors of John Lautner, a famous American architect who designed villas for Hollywood stars. A significant element of the living room is a five-meter-long sofa, designed by our studio and crafted by a local manufacturer, Manufaktura. Additionally, the living room features a vintage handmade carpet from Azerbaijan dating back to the 1950s.
Every person who crosses the threshold of this apartment has the opportunity to explore historical narratives and gain a spiritual experience. They become part of a history that unfolds before us, revealing the process of evolution and the dialogue between the religions of Christianity and Buddhism. This dialogue is reflected in contemporary art, such as paintings and decorative objects.
The central element of the living room is a coffee table crafted by skilled artisans from India, using camel bone from died of old age camels. It hints at the idea that our bodies, too, are part of the material world. The apartment reminds us that time in this world is fleeting, and it is wonderful to live life, cherishing the present moment. The philosophy of this space is encapsulated in the phrase: "We are just monkeys who are making pictures on the sand." Hence, the name "Blue Monkey House."

У процесі створення вітальні ми надихалися інтер'єрами Джона Лотнера, відомого американського архітектора, який проєктував вілли для зірок Голлівуду. Важливим елементом вітальні є диван довжиною п'ять метрів. Розроблений нашим бюро та виконаний місцевим виробником @maiifurniture . Крім того, у вітальні є вінтажний килим, виготовлений вручну в Азербайджані у 50-х роках.

Кожна людина, яка переступає поріг цієї квартири, має можливість розгледіти історичні сюжети та отримати духовний досвід. Людина стає частиною історії, яка розкриває перед нами процес еволюції і діалог між релігіями християнства та буддизму. Цей діалог відображається в сучасному мистецтві - картинах та предметах декору.

Центральний елемент вітальні - кавовий столик, виконаний майстрами з Індії із кісток померлих від старості верблюдів. Він натякає нам на те, що наші тіла теж є частиною матерії. Простір нагадує, що час у цьому світі мінливий і чудово, коли ми проживаємо життя, насолоджуючись реальним моментом. В основу філософії цього простору закладено фразу: "Ми лише мавпи, що малюють візарунки на піску." Звідси і назва "Blue Monkey House".

The apartment is equipped with a modern acoustic system, a vinyl player, and a state-of-the-art television, providing the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of cinema or feel like you're at a personal concert of your favorite performer. Additionally, the apartment features an integrated smart home system that allows you to choose lighting scenarios for different moods, and also provides control over the climate and window blinds.

Квартира обладнена сучасною акустичною системою, вініловим програвачем та телевізором останнього покоління, що надає можливість зануритися у світ кіно або відчути себе на персональному концерті улюбленого виконавця. Також у квартирі інтегрована система розумного будинку, яка дозволяє обирати сценарії освітлення під різний настрій, з його допомогою можливо керувати кліматом та віконними ролетами.

The main highlight of the master bedroom is the painting "Buddha's Head" by artist Karl De La Duchesse. It captures all the attention and defines the atmosphere of the space. Clear consciousness is highly important before entering the realm of dreams. The artist is deeply immersed in his craft, embodying on the canvas only what he has experienced in his own life journey. Karl De La Duchesse is devoted to the practice of Zen Buddhism.
Equally significant is the vintage dresser, which turned out to be a product of 1970s Germany. In Ukraine, this dresser gained new life when a Ukrainian artist decided to paint it in a Chinese style. This layering of stories made it exceptionally valuable. And when it was discovered that the interior of the dresser was a vibrant shade of red, the idea emerged to replicate the same color palette in the wardrobe's design. This technique created a powerful emotional contrast throughout the entire master bedroom.

Головний акцент майстер спальні – це картина "Голова Будди" від художника Карла Де Ля Дюшеса. Вона зосереджує на собі всю увагу і визначає атмосферу приміщення. Чиста свідомість дуже важлива перед тим, як піти у світ снів. Художник глибоко занурений у свою справу, втілює на полотні лише те, що пережив на власному життєвому шляху. Карл Де Ля Дюшес відданий практиці Дзен Буддизму.
Не менш вагомою деталлю є вінтажний комод, який виявився виробом Німеччини 1970-х років. В Україні цей комод отримав нове життя, коли український художник вирішив його розписати в китайському стилі. Це нашарування історій зробило його особливо цінним. І коли виявилось, що внутрішня частина комоду яскраво-червоного кольору, відразу з'явилася ідея відтворити таку ж кольорову гаму в дизайні гардеробної. Такий прийом створив потужний емоційний контраст у всій майстер спальні.

The master bathroom is bright and minimalist. Notably, there is a window and a winter garden that is visible from the bedroom.

Ванна кімната для господаря виглядає світлою та мінімалістичною. Зокрема, є вікно і зимовий сад, який видно з спальні.

The guest bedroom is designed like a hotel room. Above the bed, there is a luxurious artwork by the artist Korff. It will be comfortable for guests to stay for several days.

Гостьова спальня оформлена у стилі готельної кімнати. Над ліжком розташована розкішна картинка від художниці Корфф. Гостям буде комфортно перебувати тут кілька днів.
